Eat. Cook. Work.
Whatever it is, do it in the #lab.

If you consume track the way we do, you saw long-hurdler Rai Benjamin update his race model to beat his nemesis, saw Rhasidat Adeleke modify her arm swing to run a 49.07 PB, saw Athing Mu's failed attempt to navigate the 800 break, saw Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone's speed work in the 200/400 leading up to her 400mH world record, and watched Fred Kerley and Noah Lyles transition to the 100. Leading up to their championship seasons, these athletes and their coaches used the Diamond League and other non-qualifying aka developmental meets to work on segments of their races, to skill build - to cook.

Tracklab meets are designed for the very same kind of work, for development. We provide the right outdoor environment for you to grow your throwers, jumpers, runners and sprinters, and even your relay squads.

See below for 2025 meet dates, event selection tips, and other helpful information.

How to register for Tracklab.

Tracklab uses the registration platform, Roster Athletics, the same platform used for many pro meets. This means your athletes’ performance data shares the same database as many pros like Hampton’s sprint hurdler Daniel Roberts and fan favorite Vernon Norwood. It also means that registering your athletes for a Tracklab track meet is pretty simple.

Selecting the right events.

Meet results are about progression. When looking at the meet schedule, consider your athletes' age, interests, body type and track IQ. The events selected should move the athletes closer to their goals. Goals can include technical competencies, speed, speed endurance, lung capacity and weight management. See selection tips below.

How do I register for a Tracklab meet?

From your laptop or desktop, go to the Roster Athletics registration portal then type “Tracklab” in the search bar to find the desired meet date. You will need your athletes' names, dates of birth and events, a credit card for entry fees. Because you must create a Roster account, you will also need access to an email and phone for account verification codes. Click here for more registration help.
