Registration: Online only at _____. October XX - XX. Late registration may be subject to a $5.00 late fee and entries may be limited to field events and running events longer than 600m. There is no on-site registration.

Venue: New Manchester HS, Football Stadium, 4925 Highway 92/166, Douglasville, Georgia 30135
Parking: Free parking in front of stadium and school; please do not park behind the school as those gates are for staff only and are locked until the very end of the day.
Entry fee: $22.00 per athlete for unlimited event entries. This fee includes the credit card processing fee. Online registration only at ROSTER
Spectator fee: General admission is $5.00 per person for ages 6 to 64, and payable at the gate/ticket booth. This fee is waived for registered athletes, volunteers, and coaches as outlined below. Spectator fees help to defray the cost of stadium rental, event insurance, FAT timing, awards, and equipment and supplies. Thank you for your support.
Payment methods: Cash, cards, or Cash App $tracklab plus processing fee per transaction.
Coaches entry: Coaches wearing VIP wrist bands enter the meet without charge and are permitted infield and around the competition venues. VIP bands are distributed to coaches based on the number of team entries: 0-2 entries, VIP band may be purchased; 3-9 entries, 1 VIP band; 10-19 entries, 2 VIP bands; 20-29, 3 VIP bands; 30-39 entries, 4 VIP bands; 40+ entries, 5 VIP bands.
Gates open: General admission begins 90-minutes before the first event.
Warm-up: The track remains open for warm-up up to 15 minutes before the first event. Warm up after the meet begins is limited to ___________________________.
Bib packet pick-up: All registered athletes must wear a bib to compete. Bib packets may be picked up at the ticket booth once the gates opens and remain available throughout the day. Club packets must be picked up by a coach or club administrator. Unattached athletes may pick up their own bib.
Tent set-up: Tents may be set up along the top tier of the home side of the stadium; however, you may set up below the top tier if you are not blocking the view of others. You may set anywhere on the visitors side of the stadium.
What to wear: Uniforms are not required, Athletes may wear whatever will keep them dry, warm or cool during competition. Headphones and air pods are not permitted when checking in or during competition
Athlete event check-in: Athletes will be called for their event by sex and age (for example, "100m sprint boys 11-12"). This call will be made 2x - first call and final call. Athletes entered in track events will check-in in at the designated clerking area. Athletes entered in field events will check-in at that field event. Athletes should not check in earlier than their age group as doing so creates congestion in the area and slows the meet. A. Coaches and parents may escort 10U athletes to the clerking area but must leave once the athlete has their hip number. Please do not remove athletes from the clerking area for any reason, including warm up, shoe retrieval or bathroom. Tracklab will escorted hipped athletes to the start line. Athletes who miss check-in may forfeit that event even if returning from another event.
